13th Americas Conference on Diff. Equations and Nonlinear Analysis and ICMC Summer Meeting on Differential Equations - 2023 Chapter

Plenary lecturers, thematic session lecturers, mini-course lecturers, and poster presenters should send (or update) the title and abstract through the registration form no later than December 10, 2022.

The acceptance notifications (Contributed Lecture and Poster) will be sent by December 20, 2022.

Registration of non-speaker participants: January 10, 2023.

To send the booking information: January 10, 2023.

For reservation of the shuttle service for speakers from/to airport and São Carlos: January 10, 2023.

Student Fee: R$ 100,00 (reais).

Regular Fee: R$ 200,00 (reais).

Special rates in the hotels will be available for the participants. Your booking details are required in your on-line registration form. The deadline to send us your booking details is January 10, 2023. After this date we cannot guarantee your reservation. You can find a list of suggestions for accommodation within walking distance of the ICMC at http://summer.icmc.usp.br/summers/summer23/pg_hotel.php.

The participants should plan to arrive at Guarulhos International Airport in São Paulo (GRU) or at Viracopos Airport in Campinas. We will organize a shuttle service for speakers from/to these airports and São Carlos. Please fill in your on-line registration form, where you will find the shuttles schedule, with the information about your travel details by January 10, 2023.

Alternatively, public transportation is available from both airports.

1. From GRU Airport (São Paulo): Take the "Airport Service Bus" (https://www.airportbusservice.com.br) from the airport to "Tiete Bus Station" ("Rodoviaria do Tiete"). At "Tiete Bus Station" take a bus to São Carlos. The bus service from São Paulo to São Carlos is provided by two companies: "Empresa Cruz" (http://www.empresacruz.com.br/) and "Viacao Cometa" (http://www.viacaocometa.com.br).
   
2. From Viracopos International Airport (Campinas): Take a bus, operated by "Lirabus" (https://www.lirabus.com.br), from the airport to Campinas Bus Station ("Rodoviaria de Campinas"). At the bus station take a bus to São Carlos. The bus service from Campinas to São Carlos is provided by two companies: "Empresa Cruz" (http://www.empresacruz.com.br/) and "Viacao Cometa"(http://www.viacaocometa.com.br).
   

We encourage graduate students and post-docs to present a poster in our meeting. To submit an abstract of the poster, the deadline is December 10, 2022. The submission can be done at the web site http://summer.icmc.usp.br/user_summer/.

The 13th Americas Conference on Differential Equations and Nonlinear Analysis and the ICMC Summer Meeting on Differential Equations is held every year at the Instituto de Ciências Matemáticas e de Computação (ICMC) at São Carlos, Brazil.

The Plenary Lectures will take place at the Auditorium (Building 6).

All Special Sessions will take place at Building 5.
