ICMC Summer Meeting on Differential Equations

The acceptance notifications will be send by 19 December 2016.

Registration of non-speaker participants: 10 January 2017.

To send the booking information: 10 January 2017.

For reservation of the shuttle service for speakers from/to airport and São Carlos: 10 January 2017.

The registration is made in two steps:

1. Please fill in or complete your on-line registration form http://summer.icmc.usp.br/user_summer/
   
   
2. Please make the payment of the registration fee on 06 February 2017 in the reception desk of the Meeting at ICMC-USP in the official currency in Brazil (real).
   

Student Fee: R$ 60,00 (reais).

Regular Fee: R$120,00 (reais).

Regular and student registration include access to sessions and lectures, conference materials, refreshments at coffee breaks and welcome reception.

Special rates in the hotels will be available for the participants.

Your booking details are required in your on-line registration form.

The deadline to send us your booking details is 10 January 2017. After this date we cannot guarantee your reservation.

You can find a list of suggestions for accommodation within walking distance of the ICMC at http://summer.icmc.usp.br/summers/summer15/pg_hotel.php.

The participants should plan to arrive at Guarulhos International Airport in São Paulo (GRU) or at Viracopos Airport in Campinas. We will organize a shuttle service for speakers from/to these airports and São Carlos. Please fill in your on-line registration form, where you will find the shuttles schedule, with the information about your travel details by 10 January 2017.

Alternatively, public transportation is available from both airports.

1. From Guarulhos International Airport (São Paulo): Take the "Airport Service Bus" from the airport to "Tiete Bus Station" ("Rodoviaria do Tiete"). At "Tiete Bus Station" take a bus to São Carlos (bus service from São Paulo to São Carlos is provided by "Empresa Cruz" and "Viacao Cometa").
   
2. From Viracopos International Airport (Campinas): Take a bus, operated by "VB Transportes", from the airport to Campinas Bus Station ("Rodoviaria de Campinas"). At the bus station take a bus to São Carlos (bus service from Campinas to São Carlos is provided by "Empresa Cruz" and "Viacao Cometa").
   

We encourage graduate students and post-docs to present a poster in our meeting. To submit an abstract of the poster, the deadline is 05 December 2016. The submission can be done at the web site http://summer.icmc.usp.br/user_summer/.
