If you wish to participate in the ICMC Summer Meeting on Differential Equations - 2014 Chapter access the meeting web page summer.icmc.usp.br/summers/summer14 to send your information. Please fill in or complete your on-line registration form. We need this to provide your financial support, to book your hotel and to organize the shuttle service to/from the airport and São Carlos.

You may also register yourself at the Meeting Registration Desk that will be located in the entrance of the ICMC Auditorium (Building 6) on 03 February 2014 at 8:00 a.m.

Students and participants not supported by the local organizing committee: R$ 50,00 (reais).
Participants supported by the local organizing committee: R$100,00 (reais).

The payment can be made on 03 February 2014 in the reception desk of the Meeting at ICMC-USP in the official currency in Brazil (real).

Special rates at Hotel Anacã will be available for the participants.

Your booking details are required in your on-line registration form.

The deadline to send us your booking details is 10 January 2014. After this date we cannot guarantee your reservation.

The participants should plan to arrive at Guarulhos International Airport in São Paulo (GRU) or at Viracopos Airport in Campinas. We will organize a shuttle service from/to these airports and São Carlos. Please fill in your on-line registration form with the information about your travel details.

Alternatively, public transportation is available from both airports.

1. From Guarulhos International Airport (São Paulo): Take the "Airport Service Bus" from the airport to "Tiete Bus Station" ("Rodoviaria do Tiete"). At "Tiete Bus Station" take a bus to São Carlos (bus service from São Paulo to São Carlos is provided by "Empresa Cruz" and "Viacao Cometa").
   
2. From Viracopos International Airport (Campinas): Take a bus, operated by "VB Transportes", from the airport to Campinas Bus Station ("Rodoviaria de Campinas"). At the bus station take a bus to São Carlos (bus service from Campinas to São Carlos is provided by "Empresa Cruz" and "Viacao Cometa").
   

We encourage graduate students and post-docs to present a poster in our meeting. To submit an abstract the deadline is 10 December 2013. The submission can be done at the web site summer.icmc.usp.br/summers/summer14.
