The deadline to submit an abstract is DECEMBER 31, 2012.
The acceptance notification will be done on JAN 04, 2013.

Students and Participants without support from the local organizing committee: R$ 40,00 (reais), approximately US$ 23.
Participants with support from the local organizing committee: R$80,00 (reais), approximately US$ 46.

The payment can be made on February 04, 2013 in the reception lounge of the Meeting at ICMC-USP in the official currency in Brazil (Real). The ICMC is not authorized to accept credit cards.

We kindly request that you make your own reservation. We have already made the hotel reservations for foreign participants.

For your convenience, we may make a reservation for you. Please write to summer@icmc.usp.br with the information of your check in and check out.

Foreign participants should plan to arrive of Guarulhos International Airport in São Paulo (GRU) or Viracopos Airport in Campinas. We will organize transport from the airport to São Carlos. Please contact the organizers at summer@icmc.usp.br giving the information about your travel schedule.

Alternatively, public transportation is available from both airports.

1. From Guarulhos International Airport (São Paulo): Take the "Airport Service Bus" from the airport "Tiete" Bus Station ("Rodoviária do Tiete"). At "Tiete" Bus Station take a bus to São Carlos (bus service from São Paulo to São Carlos is provided by "Empresa Cruz" and "Viação Cometa").
   
   
2. From Viracopos International Airport (Campinas): Take a bus, operated by Caprioli, from the airport to Campinas Bus Station ("Rodoviária"). At the bus station take a bus to São Carlos (bus service from Campinas to São Carlos is provided by "Empresa Cruz" and "Viação Cometa").
